The "O" Patio and Pub closes it's doors forever on June 30, 2018. This is your opportunity to own a piece of the "O". Offerings include Pizza Oven, Walk in Coolers, Beverage Cabinets, signage, tables, chairs, railings, lighted bar, TV's, Outdoor Seating, OSU memorabilia, Rat Pack Memorabilia, Kegorators, Branded Trash Barrels, Lighted signs and more. No shipping is available. All items must be picked up. There is a specific set of dates that the items must be picked up before, as the building will be demolished. All items will be invoiced and money paid via the credit card required at registration. If it declines, other than by the bank fraud protection policies, there will be a $10.00 inconvenience fee. There is a 15% buyers Premium added to the final bid price to determine the final contract price. There is a 3% fee for credit card usage. Invoice will reflect 18% total Buyers Premium. We have shared with you what we know. We cannot guarantee, or warranty that any particular item works or that anything is fit for any particular purpose. All items sold as is, where is. No TV's come with the brackets. Bidding can be hectic. We highly recommend using the live catalog (flashes beginning 30 minutes prior to Auction close), and also the max bid feature.
