Payment Terms	All payments must be made within or before 48 hours of being invoiced after the close of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash and all Major Credit Cards Visa / Master Card / Discover Card / American Express. No checks please. All Buyer's premium, Local & State taxes apply. All winning online bids will be billed on the day following the auction, unless we have been notified that you will be paying cash at pickup. Invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment of your items. No Partial payments will be accepted.

Shipping / Pick Up

Buyer pays any and all shipping costs. Tracy's Auction Service will handle all shipping. All items will be insured through the carrier or a third party at additional costs to the buyer. NO items will be shipped without insurance. All shipping will be completed within 1 week after full payment being received after the auction. Buyers will receive an email notice when there item(s) have been shipped, how they were shipped, and how many packages they will be receiving. All our shipping is done through the USPS unless large item or otherwise directed. Every package that is shipped will be charge a minimum $5 handling fee to help pay for materials & time (boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, ect.). Larger items or items that require special handling will be charge more than the $5 per box. YOU WILL HAVE 1 CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Once for your purchase price plus the buyer's premium and charge for the shipping/handling/insurance.
