NO refunds or chargeback's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal fee for disposal of your items. Payment: Full payment due at conclusion of the auction by credit card buyer used for registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover only. Your credit card will be charged at the end of the auction for items you have won. Paid Invoices must be presented at removal. At the conclusion of the auction you will receive an email with a list of the items you have won. Buyer Premium: An eighteen (18%) percent buyer premium will be added to all invoices for items purchased to determine full purchase price to be paid at settlement. Anyone from the auction staff is welcome to bid on and purchase items, for the high bid. Condition notation of "appears new". Appears new are items that appear to be in a new condition or appear to have never been previously used/opened. These items are not guaranteed to be new or unopened and are described this way to the best of our ability. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness. For items marked "appears new" a bidder must examine the item thoroughly when picking up. If the item does not appear new or unused or if there is an issue, the bidder MUST report this to Asset IQ, LLC prior to leaving the premises. Once the bidder has left the premises with the item, Asset IQ, LLC cannot issue any refund for issues arising with the item. Condition notation of "Open Box". Items marked open box indicate that they could come from a multitude of circumstances - shelf pulls, overstock or returns. An open box item could be incomplete and has not been tested for functionality. Asset IQ, LLC cannot issue refunds on these items for any reason. You are bidding on the described item, not the photo. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed. Always read the item description and do not bid based on the photo(s). For demonstration purposes, assorted equipment may be photographed together. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Shipping is not available. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid email receipt. Asset IQ, LLC will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. We want everyone to get a good deal and enjoy our auctions. When you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. We reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event, and make changes to the auction closing times or the inspection or removal times.
