By example, if your high bid is $1000.00 your full purchase amount will be $1150.00. Payment: Payment must be made in full in USD within 3 business days of the auction invoice being sent. Payment may be made by wire transfer, check, or credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover only, to include a 3% credit card processing fee. You will be emailed an invoice within 48 business hours of the auction conclusion to the email address you registered with. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. Some items sell subject to lease payoff amount. Some items may be available for sale prior to auction. Assets are subject to additions and deletions. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Asset IQ, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Asset IQ, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and have not previewed the item(s) in person understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Asset IQ, LLC shall make every effort to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Asset IQ, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Licensing fees. In addition, the Buyer shall be responsible for any and all licensing fees required by their State at the time of title transfer. Collection, Removal, and Storage. All vehicles shall be removed from the inspection area by 4:00PM on Friday October 20, 2017 during the hours of 10:00AM - 2:00PM. Any vehicle not removed by this time will begin to incur storage charges at Buyer's expense at $100 per day, which must be paid before vehicle is loaded or leaves the premises. Buyer hereby grants Asset IQ, LLC an irrevocable power of attorney to remove and/or store purchased vehicles at Buyer's expense. No vehicle shall be released until Asset IQ has received payment in full in good cleared funds of the full purchase price. Insurance. Insurance of all vehicles purchased shall be the Buyer's responsibility. Buyer is advised to place insurance on all purchases immediately after being declared the high bidder. Upon the fall of the hammer or other customary method of confirming the sale, the Buyer is thereupon responsible for and assumes all risk of damage to the vehicle. Asset IQ, its staff, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage to, or any loss or damage caused by any vehicle at any time. "AS-IS" - no warranties. All vehicles are being sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and as the bidders believe them to be". Bidders are responsible to inspect the vehicles prior to bidding and satisfy themselves as to the condition of the vehicles and all other matters relating to the vehicles, including without limitation, condition, title, importance, value, quality, authenticity, catalogue and auction description. Titles. All titles shall be mailed to the Buyer within 30 days of satisfactory payment. A Bill of Sale shall be issued upon receipt of acceptable funds. Titles shall be sent to Purchaser by Certified Mail, Return Receipt to the address given on the Bill of Sale.
